It's Christmas season and it was still a work day at Makati City Hall and everyone was preparing for the 12 noon Christmas parties in the various departments at City Hall. They typically have the ground floor all decorated for Christmas and this time they also have a local group called The Psalm of David Harmonic Orchestra. Hope you enjoy their singing as I did.
