What's great about this place?
They have a great looking store. Looks like gooey cheese dripping from the ceiling. They have a bar counter for you to eat your tart and other stuff as well as work. They have power outlets at the shop on the right hand side.Looking around they have a display case of all their goods and my oh my they all look so good! Perfectly manicured cheese tarts and treats!
I finally got my hands on a Pablo Cheese Tart. At first glance it reminds me of the other tart brands in Manila. But upon close inspection I love the perfectly browned crumbly and delicate crust. They label their cheese tart at the center with a little market since they have a number of variants. The surface of the cheese is perfectly toasted as well. And oh the smell is oh so cheesy!
This is me after taking a big bite!
And this is me showing you what it looks like inside! So soft, delicate, creamy and tasty! Super worth trying!
After finishing the cheese tart we couldn't help but try their cheese ice cream in a cone! It was also fantastic.
If you are looking for a which little treat for dessert or a snack, Pablo is a great destination if there is one near you. And oh they serve coffee and tea too!
